Wills

Without a Will, the Administration of an Estate can be difficult, lengthy, and stressful, and your assets don’t always end up with the people you intend. Having a Will makes it much easier for your loved ones to sort everything out when you die.

Having a Will is important for two reasons: it sets out who should have your money, property and possessions when you die, and it also sets out who should be in charge of organising your estate and implementing your will. You can also use your will to determine any other wishes you may have, such as whether you wish to be buried or cremated.

We at Corinne Griffin and Co understand that making a will can be a sensitive, confusing and difficult process, and we work hard to make sure that you can enjoy peace of mind knowing that your loved ones are cared for.

For an additional fee, we can travel to your location to take instructions for your Will, and return with the duly drafted Will to be signed by you.
