Tarnya Griffin

Tarnya has extensive experience in Criminal Law within the Magistrate’s Court, District Court and Supreme Court.

  • Admitted to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2004.

Daniel has experience in Criminal & Traffic Law in the Magistrates Court. Daniel also has experience drafting Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Enduring Powers of Guardianship.

Johanna Overmars

​

Johanna has extensive experience in Family Law matters and experience in drafting Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney and Restraining Order matters. Johanna previously had her own firm Hills Hope Legal Pty Ltd located in Mundaring but closed the firm in 2019 when she became a Mum and decided to dedicate more time to her family. Johanna served as a Member on the Racing Penalties Appeal Tribunal from 2018 until June 2025 where she was responsible for hearing and determining appeals against penalties imposed in disciplinary proceedings in relation to greyhound racing, horse racing or harness racing.
